Each family is asked to complete a once only “LIFT Family Registration & Authorisation Form”
A “LIFT Event Registration form” is to be completed for each individual LIFT event date, for care and safety reasons.
Parents, grandparents and siblings are welcome to join us for Mealtime at LIFT, from 5:30pm onwards. A donation of $5 per person is requested to cover costs. Payment can be made on the day by Eftpos or cash. You can also prepay by Bank Transfer to:-
